Fake Pregnancy

Oh oh was not feeling well in the past week, but nobody noticed her adnormal behaviour until I came visit her last Monday night. You see, she’d already wait by the gate whenever I came visit her and Jessica, but she didn’t even wag her tail at me and simply laying on the floor when I called out her name.
As a result, I took her to the veterinarian at Tabuan Road. Then the vet told me she’s having "fake pregnancy(FP)", i.e., her hormone got mixed up in her body that she develop the symptoms of having pregnant and yet she’s not. I was told that FP is very common to female dogs and sometimes it happen to human too. I’m not kidding, after she took two injections at the clinic and two pills at home respectively, she fall asleep soon.
I visited her again on the following day and she had already recovered. However, the vet said the FP might happen again six months later……
so cute!! it’s very interesting to know there’s such kind of “sickness”.. btw, if male dogs have this kind of symptom, what will the Doc says?? haha!!
It’s not a “sickness” only hormone inbalance and FYI male dogs don’t have an ovary so they won’t get a FP.
